You agree to use the Victorian Condominiums platform for lawful purposes only. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws.
• Post fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate content.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's functionality or user experience.

Property Listings: Users can create listings for sale, rental or lease. You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings are accurate, complete and comply with all applicable laws.

Content Ownership: By posting any content, you grant Victorian Condominiums an unrestricted right to use, display and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the platform.

User Responsibility: Victorian Condominiums does not verify the accuracy or legality of content posted by Users. It is your responsibility to ensure properties listed meet legal requirements. You shall be held liable for any damages caused by posting content contrary to any applicable law.

Victorian Condominiums provides a marketplace for connecting buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords but does not participate directly in transactions. Any agreement, contract, or transaction made between users is solely between the parties involved.

We are not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from transactions between Users.

All financial transactions should be conducted through secure and reliable payment methods. Victorian Condominiums shall not be responsible for payment processing or related issues.

Victorian Condominiums may charge fees for certain services such as premium account options. The applicable fees will be displayed on the platform and are subject to change. By using paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Kindly review our Privacy Policy before using the services.

Victorian Condominiums does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information on the platform. We shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions that occur through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victorian Condominiums will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data.

You agree to indemnify Victorian Condominiums for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time where it is believed that you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the Nigerian Courts.

In the event of a dispute between both parties, you agree to resolve the dispute by mediation in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.

Victorian Condominiums may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the platform after such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
